TK/IZ5NFD activity report

Thank you very much to the ones who contacted me from Corsica Isl. during my 2011 August holydays.
My antenna system was very poor as you can see in the second picture, so congratulations to the ones that succed in the QSO.

South Sudan 2011

PRESS RELEASE, July 19th 2011Today, the Intrepid-DX Group is making their way to Cairo to meet with the DX Friends. Our advance team will arrive in Juba, South Sudan tomorrow (July 20th) with a list of tasks to perform in advance of the main team.

Liechtenstein on air: June 2-5, 2011

Tony IZ3ESV, Gabriele I2VGW and Andrea IZ2LSC are planning to be on air from Liechtenstein on June 2-5, 2011.

We are preparing a light expedition, relax-style, with very easy setup – they say.
We hope to have full CW, SSB and RTTY and main focus will be given to WARC bands and upper-HF depending on propagation. We are confident to have good condx to try 6 meters as well

Since more than 10 years F6KOP team had organized one expedition per year: 5v7c , to7c (FY), 5h1c, xt2c, j5c, tk7c, ts7c, tm7cc, is0r…

In 2010 we had to cancel a most wanted at the last minute due to a transportation problem; we were very disappointed as everything was ready. But we do not regret tm7cc from Ouessant Island and is0r from Sardinia Island. Read more »
