Stations may be heard on each band and, if the category is mixed, on

6. SCORING
6.1 Points – All entrants can heard anyone, island or
non-island. Non-island stations count 3 points. IOTA islands count 15
points except that, if you are on an island, your own IOTA reference
counts 3 points. Both call signs of a contest QSO have to be recorded.
If both sides of a QSO can be heard, including exchange digits, they
can be logged in two separate rows for points if appropriate. The same
station can be heard once on the same band and mode. Additional QSOs
of the same station may be logged if a different band or mode is used.
6.2 Multiplier - The multiplier is the total of different IOTA
references heard on each band and on each mode, where appropriate (only
CW, only SSB or both added together, if MIXED).
6.3 Total Score - The score is the total of points on all bands
added together, multiplied by the total of multipliers.
7. LOGS
7.1 Logs must show: Frequency, Mode, Date, Time, Callsign, RST, serial
number, IOTA reference, Callsign of Station Being Worked
